Delayed return support

I love the items, but was sad to see that the shorts I purchased had a busted zipper. The returning processing was either to get a new size or just return the item. I wish there was a way I could get the same item back that wasn’t damaged… even still I’ve had several emails back and forth and still have not received the return label.
