How long will it take me to get my order?
We offer free 2-day Fedex express shipping on all online orders throughout the continental United States Only. However, orders with a shipping weight greater than 5 lbs, will be shipped via Fedex Ground.
Order processing may take 1-3 business days (excludes weekends, holidays and/or sales days).
How do I return my order?
You can start your return/exchange using our online return portal.
We accept all returns on items purchased on kancanusa.com within 30 days of the date your order was received. All merchandise should be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. Returns must be shipped at customer's own expense within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between fits and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Its the measurments taken when the product lays down on flat. If your measurements are in between, we recommend to size up.
