RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accepts all returns of items purchased on kancanusa.com only if contacted by email within 14 business days of the date your order was delivered.
- All customers are responsible for providing their own return label except for damaged items.
- Returns, including damages, made after 14 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- All merchandise should be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
- Exchanges are not allowed at this moment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to return the item and place a new order.

- After we have received and reviewed your request of return, you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for approved requests. Please filled out the form with a brief description of the discrepancy and result you are requesting.
- Print and complete your RMA form and return it along with your merchandise.
- Please return items within 5 business days of the RMA.
- Please write your RMA number outside of your return package.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund in the original method of payment.
- The return process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, including receiving your package at our warehouse and processing your refund.
