• We accepts all returns of items purchased on only if contacted by email within 14 business days of the date your order was delivered.
  • All customers are responsible for providing their own return label except for damaged items.
  • Returns, including damages, made after 14 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • All merchandise should be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
  • Exchanges are not allowed at this moment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to return the item and place a new order.

  • After we have received and reviewed your request of return, you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for approved requests. Please filled out the form with a brief description of the discrepancy and result you are requesting.
  • Print and complete your RMA form and return it along with your merchandise.
  • Please return items within 5 business days of the RMA.
  • Please write your RMA number outside of your return package.


  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund in the original method of payment.
  • The return process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, including receiving your package at our warehouse and processing your refund.



Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Kancan USA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,”
- An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Additionally, Kancan USA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Kancan USA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
