  • We accepts all returns of items purchased on only if contacted by email within 14 business days of the date your order was delivered.
  • All customers are responsible for providing their own return label except for damaged and wrong shipped items.
  • Returns, including damages, made after 14 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • All merchandise should be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
  • We are unable to process exchanges at this moment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please request a return and place a new order.

  • After we have received and reviewed your request of return, you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for approved requests. Please filled out the form with a brief description of the discrepancy and result you are requesting.
  • Print and complete your RMA form and return it along with your merchandise.
  • Please return items within 7 business days of the RMA.
  • Please write your RMA number outside of your return package.


  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund in the original method of payment.
  • The return process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, including receiving your package at our warehouse and processing your refund.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Kancan USA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Kancan USA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Kancan USA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
