• Free shipping, only in the contiguous United States.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days upon delivery.
  • All customers are responsible for providing their own return labels except for damages.
  • Non-damaged merchandise must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • Returns, including damages, made after 14 days will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
  • Please reach out to us at, Return@kancanusa.com for any and all return, replacement, or damaged item discrepancies.
  • A return label will be provided for damaged merchandise, ONLY.
  • After we have received and reviewed your request of return, for approved requests, you will be sent a “RMA form.” (This will need to be filled out with a brief description of the discrepancy and result you are requesting.)
  • Print and complete your RMA form and return it along with your merchandise.
  • Please return merchandise within date 5 business days of the RMA.
  • Write your RMA number outside of your return box.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
  • Exchanges are applicable for same style and size only.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund in the original method of payment.
  • The return process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, including the item of receiving your package at your warehouse to processing your refund.
 
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
KANCAN USA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse,
and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, KANCAN USA reserves the right to refuse service to
any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-KANCAN USA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, YOU MUST LET US KNOW WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM AND PLEASE SEND US TO AN IMAGES OF THE DEFECT OR DAMAGES ATTACHED TOGETHER.
