How can I change my account information?

How safe is my personal information?

Our site is SSL certified which means your information is handled through a secure server and is digitally encrypted to ensure the utmost security.

What payment options do you offer?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All wholesale orders are COD only at this time.

Can I store my credit card information on your site and is it safe?

Yes. We use Shopify's payment system which is 100% PCI compliant and secure servers via a processing known as "tokenization" which stores your information on a secure server and only displays an assigned ID.

When do you charge my Credit Card?

Your Credit Card is charged as soon an order has been placed. Any changes to an order will be refunded immediately.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order at any time before an order ships. We recommend that you contact our customer service for the latest status of your order. We cannot cancel an order once a package leaves our warehouse so please make sure to follow up with our customer service first.

Do you charge a sales tax?

No, registered and approved wholesale customers are not charged sales taxes.

How do I place an order?

Please register first to get approved as a Kancan retailer. Next, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how you can place your orders by logging into our website as a wholesale buyer.

What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently in production. Pre-Orders can take up to 6-10 weeks for delivery.

How often do you restock?

We have new arrivals on a weekly basis and we restock items depending on the demand of each style on a monthly basis. However, for larger quantity orders, we can offer you a custom Cut Order. Please contact us for more details at wholesale@kancanusa.com.

Can I use product images on this website?

Our photos are licensed by our photographer to be used on our website only. Please contact us for details on how we can provide you with your very own product images at wholesale@kancanusa.com.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

All wholesale orders are final. Exchanges are only available for defects and must be returned within 14 business days after receiving delivery. Please email wholesale@kancanusa.com to get approval on any returns or exchanges. If an item is defective, please take a photo of the defective product and send us an email.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, shipments outside of the US may be subject to taxes and duties which will increase the final invoice amount. Please contact us for further details at wholesale@kancanusa.com.
