Kancan USA is pleased to offer FREE 2-day FedEx Express shipping on all online orders within the continental United States.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has shipped.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, including weather-related issues.

• Orders Over 5 lbs: Orders with a shipping weight greater than 5 lbs will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

• P.O. Box Addresses: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent through USPS.
