Vienna Mid Rise Super Skinny Jeans

I have multiple pairs of KanCans, every one a size 9. It’s one of the FEW brands I felt comfortable ordering online because a size 9 always fit… until these. It’s like they’re trying to squeeze the very will to live out of my body. I thought “surely they’ll relax and stretch a bit after I wear them a couple of hours.” So I wore them all day one day. I’ve never breathed so little. They responded to my attempts to get them to relax in much the same way I respond when someone tells me “you need to relax”… which is to say, they did not relax at all. In fact, I think they might have tightened even more out of sheer spite. Needless to say, I’d worn them all day so a return was now out of the question.

Aside from their valiant effort to turn my lower body into a diamond, they are super cute. Which is even more the pity. I’m not even sure that losing 5lbs would help. They’re just… awkwardly small in the waist, and in the rise. And I always buy mid-rise jeans… but it’s like these were made for extremely short waisted women. 😭

These jeans are so fun comfortable too! They are true to size with a little bit of stretch.
