**For purchases made through Nordstrom, please follow the return instructions on  Nordstrom.com. We are unable to process returns or refunds for Nordstrom orders directly.**

Kancan USA Return & Exchange Policy

Kancan USA accepts returns and exchanges for online orders within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged.
  • Items with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, or other stains will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at help@kancanusa.com to request a prepaid return label. A photo proof of the defect is required.

Purchase Restrictions:

  • Only merchandise purchased from KancanUSA.com is eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other specialty or department stores must be returned to the original store.

Assessment of Returns:
Kancan USA reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine whether any damage is due to a production defect or normal wear and tear.

  • Normal wear, discoloration, tears, or material deterioration from use will not be considered defects.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Returns for refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee for 1–2 items and $15 for 3 or more items.
  • This fee will be deducted from the refund during processing.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers can also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. This credit is provided in the form of a digital gift card for use at kancanusa.com, and it does not have an expiration date. The $10 or $15 return label fee will be waived for returns made for store credit or exchanges. 

Store credit will be sent automatically via email once the original merchandise is received at our warehouse.

Return Process

  1. After completing your online return request, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, please include your Order Number and RMA Number with your items and send them to:

  3. Retain your tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. We are unable to assist with returns if this information is not provided.
  4. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–5 business days due to high volume.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • The return process may take 1–2 weeks, including shipping and processing time.
  • Please note that refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account due to processing times between financial institutions.
  • All refunds will be issued under the account name KLOSET BY KC.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is available to U.S.-based customers only.
  • Store credit may be used exclusively at KancanUSA.com.
  • If items purchased with store credit are returned, the refunded amount will be applied back to the original store credit code.
