A good idea in theory

I recently discovered the button replacement option on the Kancan website, which was so exciting!! And then the replacement arrived, I actually received two. Two tops of the button, but not the bottom piece. So I will have to discover where to find a replacement bottom. It's a great idea, but maybe needs some work. Will not deter me from buying Kancan jeans again though.
